For the second-straight year, Zionsville native Annabelle Pancake will be playing in the match play portion of the 121st British Womenâs Amateur.
The event is being played in Portmarnock, Ireland.
Pancake will be the 25th seed in the bracket format, after finishing 7-over in stroke play.
In her first round of match play, Pancake defeated Irelandâs Emma Fleming on the 19th hole after being all square through 18.
She will now face Irelandâs Sara Byrne in the second round. Byrne plays at the University of Miami collegiately.
After a 78 in round one, Pancake picked it up on day 2, shooting a 1-over 73.
After bogeys on 2 and 4, Pancake rattled off five-straight pars before a recording a bogey on the par-4 10th.
She got that back with a birdie on the par-5 13th, and then ended her day with a birdie on 18.
Pancake will face Irelandâs Emma Fleming in the opening round of match play.
